You can enter the Elmwood Campus of the Al Sigl Center either from South Avenue or from Elmwood Avenue. Our office is located in a tan cinderblock, one-story, stand-alone building. To reach SEAC’s office building from South Avenue – enter the campus at the “North entrance” and bear to the right. From Elmwood Avenue, enter the campus at the traffic light. Once on the campus, make first right and then stay on that road until you reach our building.

The South East Area Coalition, Inc. is chartered by New York State as a Neighborhood Preservation Company encompassing the area bounded by the Conrail Tracks (near University Avenue) on the east, the city line on the south, the Genesee River on the west and the Inner Loop on the north.
