Park Avenue

Lining the streets of Park Avenue are cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants making this avenue one of the most “walkable” (www.walkscore.com) in the entire city.

Every summer, Park Avenue welcomes 250,000+ visitors to its annual Park Avenue Summer Arts Festival that features arts, crafts, music, and food.

Each winter, Park Avenue kicks off the holiday season at the beginning of December by hosting an Avenue “Open House” that includes wagon rides, caroling, roasted chestnuts, and a visit from Santa.
